Tessa Lang-Larson OMP

Tessa is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner and a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association. She specializes in pediatric and prenatal Osteopathy. She graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2021 and obtained her Infant Care specialization in 2023. Prior to that she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, with a Minor in Psychology from McMaster University, where she graduated with Honors in 2016.
Tanya Pounder RMT

Tanya has been practicing Massage Therapy for 15 years. During the first 5 years of her career she worked in sports injury clinic in Waterloo where she developed a clinical approach in assessment and treatment of a vast array of soft tissue injuries. Following her time in Waterloo, she returned to her home town of Fenelon Falls to start a family and open her own home-based massage therapy business which has now grown to become the founding roots of the well body group.
Jessica Hogendoorn

Jessica graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy program at Georgian College in 2009 and has been practising for 14 years. She is constantly learning and looking to upgrade her skills and is certified in Acupressure, Reiki levels 1 and 2, and Dolphin (yes, it’s called that - ask Jess what it is!) to further serve her clients’ massage therapy needs.
Brianna Cusson RMT

Bri graduated at the top of her class from Durham College's Massage Therapy program in April 2022, and eagerly jumped into working to help people feel great in their bodies. She is excited to have had the opportunity to start working with the Well Body Group right from the start of her career as an RMT.
Sydney Bennett RMT

Sydney completed her studies in 2020 at Sir Sanford Fleming college, where she was a varsity athlete on the volleyball and golf teams. Because of her passion for sports, Sydney has a special interest in treating athletes and injuries from start to finish. More recently, she has been focusing her education towards pelvic health and wellness. With additional training in pre and post natal care, joint mobilizations and pelvic floor for manual therapists, she is sure to help work through any concerns you might have with that nagging back and hip pain.
Em (Jinnapat) Shaw

Em, Jinnapat Shaw, has been practicing as RMT since 2017. Prior to that Em practiced as aThai massage therapist for 4 years. For those who do not know what Thai massage is, it is a part of traditional Thai medicine that works with the body’s energetic pathway called “sen". It involves stimulating the body’s energy lines is through the use of acupressure principles, combined with a series of passive stretching in order to restore balance and flexibility, and relieve tension in joints and muscles.

Victoria is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner registered with the Ontario Osteopathic Association. She earned her Masters of Practice Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Sciences (M. OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. She also received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Education from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2016 and completed her 200-hour yoga instructor training in 2018.

Karen Wylie has been a leading proponent of aging well by incorporating a holistic approach to
health & wellness that connects the body, mind, and spirit. Karen studied initially as a
Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) in 2010 along with decades of self-study around
Aromatherapy and essential oils. In 2020, Karen completed her studies and became a Registered
Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT) & Aromatherapist.

Sarah has worked in the mental health field for over 14 years and became Registered as a Psychotherapist in 2019. She has a B.A. and additional training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing,Compassion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy.
Jennifer Browning RSW

Jennifer is a Registered Social Worker with a Bachelor’s degree from Laurentian University and a Master’s degree from the University of Toronto. Jennifer has worked extensively with individuals of all genders and ages who have experienced trauma, including first stage trauma, complex trauma and historical trauma. She works with people who are experiencing general mental health conditions as well as people living with psychiatric disorders.
